Around 1980, John R. Long Sr. was trying
to find a better way to save miles to help save our customers
money. After a few year of working directly with the chassis
manufacturer, they came up with the model CC26/33-B. This
was built off the platform already available in the CC26/33
model. They designed a way to mount a retractable fifth
wheel inside the frame for hauling doubles. The “B” stands
for B train. This model revolutionized the way we do
business. The CC26/33-B chassis is still manufactured today
exclusively for us. We are the only trucking company to
have this type of chassis in service today. It is forward
thinking like this that has helped us distance ourselves
from our competition. We pride our self on trying to find
a better way.
All Model CC26/33-B Container Chassis are
designed to pull two 20' Containers on individual Chassis
in a B Train configuration.This is our most innovative
product allowing us to save time, miles and your money.
